  20. Hockey 2001 is freeware, which means you don't have to pay for it. You
  21. can use it as long as you like and distribute it freely to anyone. 
  22. Don't sell the program or change anything that it contains! (That's
  23. criminal)

  25. Hockey 2001 is made by Defog. It would be nice from you to send some

  33. 2 What's new?
  34. -------------
  35. Hockey 2001 includes many little improvments and fixing. It has a brand
  36. new inner motor in tournament- and exhibition matches. Visual 
  37. implementation is improved since Hockey 2000. More statistics are now
  38. available, for example estimated rankings, probabilities and winning
  39. percentages. Bugs related to old stats have been fixed. Human vs. Human
  40. and Four Players -modes are more playable now. All kind of little style
  41. mistakes are gone. Everything is perfect. H2001 has also a new very
  42. different kind of gamemode; Hockey School. It estimate your basic-skills
  43. in three improrant factors. You get a personal ranking-value, and you
  44. can compare it to your best. Some things are deleted, like an extra
  45. opponent Teme. On the other hand, there is now nostalgy in the air...
  46. Re-mastered version of original Hockey '96 is availabe and can be
  47. activated with a code - which you'll get by sending some feedback.
  48. In sum there is lots of codes and hided levels in H2001..very nice stuff!

  55. 3 How to play H2001?
  56. --------------------
  57. H2001 is very simple game, and that's why it has so amazing playability.
  58. I suppose you know ice hockey as game - target is the same: to make goals. 
  59. Only difference is that there is only two (/ four) players in the rink.

  61. Blue ball is player 1, computer-players has their own looks, and in the
  62. Human vs. Human -mode red ball is player two. In the Four Players -mode
  63. Pl1 and Pl3 are blues, Pl2 and Pl4 are reds. Clear. The small black 
  64. ball is the puck, as you might already know =).

  69. right shift: shooting

  92. When you get the puck, there will be a blue circle around your 
  93. player. It tells you and the audience that you really have the puck 
  94. under your control. Then you also have possibility to shoot, by 
  95. pressing the shooting-key. Puck's direction will be same as yours. 
  96. So whenever you're trying to score, you must head for the goal and 
  97. then shoot. Tackling and its right timing is very improtant if you
  98. like to get to the harder matches.
